SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

  1. The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
  • Processing time: 1-3 Working Days (From Monday to Saturday, except holidays)
  • Shipping time: 7-14 Business Days

We ship worldwide and offer free shipping on orders over $70. And we cover customs duties for shipping to all countries.

Shipping methods & Fee:

Shipping methods: USPS, Yanwen, Wanb Express, 4PX, China Post.

  1. Standard Shipping— 7 to 14 business days for delivery. Shipping fee: $6.99
  2. Fast Shipping— 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Shipping fee: $14.90

Tracking:

Please note that you will receive the shipment update email from us once the order is shipped, which will contain the tracking number of your order, ( If you don't receive any notifications regarding your order, please check your spam folder as well), and please allow 1-4 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the logistic system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. Shipping issues claims:

At Cozy Core Wear, we understand that timely delivery of your parcels is important to you. We strive to deliver your parcels on time, every time, but in some cases, parcels may arrive late or go missing. This policy outlines the steps we will take in such situations.

LATE OR MISSING Parcel

All packages should arrive within 7-14 business days. However, please note that delivery times may be longer due to the shipping address or high-demand periods.

1)Late Parcel Policy

If your parcel is late, we will take the following steps:

  1. Investigation: We will investigate the cause of the delay and keep you informed of the progress.

  2. Compensation: If the delay is due to our fault, we will compensate you for the inconvenience caused.

  3. Delivery: We will ensure that your parcel is delivered to you as soon as possible.

2)Missing Parcel Policy

If your parcel is missing, we will take the following steps:

  1. Investigation: We will conduct a thorough investigation to determine the whereabouts of your parcel.

  2. Refund/Compensation: If the parcel cannot be found, we will offer you a refund or compensate you for the value of the contents of the parcel up to the maximum liability limit specified in our terms and conditions or resend the parcel to you.

  3. Delivery: If the parcel is found, we will deliver it to you as soon as possible.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays or missing parcels that are caused by events outside of our control, such as natural disasters or customs delays.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS CLAIMS

If the customer provides the wrong address, firstly we will contact the customer to contact the local post office and pick up the parcel themselves.

If the customer doesn't pick up the item within the correct period, the item is returned back to our courier or disposed of by the local post office. In this case, we will be deemed to have completed the order and will not be liable for any other refunds.

Refuse to accept the parcel without our knowledge or consent

If the customer refuses to accept the parcel without our knowledge or consent, we will consider that we have completed the order and will not be responsible for any subsequent loss of the parcel or refund.

SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS

We take pride in our products, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the condition of the item upon delivery. Please inspect your item upon arrival for any damage caused during transportation.

If the unfortunate thing happens, please provide us with a photo or video and contact us at service@cozycorewear.com. Once we confirm that the products cannot work, the buyer needs to send the item back to our warehouse for quality confirmation and we will refund or exchange them. The consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. These problems will be solved within 3 business days.

Notice: We will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 14 natural days from delivery of products.

WRONG/ MISSING ITEMS FROM THE PARCEL

If you discover that we have shipped the wrong items or have missed any items from your purchase, please provide us with a photo or video of the parcel you received. This should include the complete face sheet of the parcel as well as the actual product that you received. Please send this to our email address service@cozycorewear.com. Once we have confirmed your claim, we will either resend the parcel or give you a refund based on your preference.

 

Please make sure that all the delivery information you provide is accurate and complete. If there is any missing or incorrect information, we may need to contact you to update the delivery information, which could cause delays in delivering your order. Additionally, please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance.

Your package may experience delays due to additional requirements from your local customs office.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.
