RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Please note that the return address is different from the 'ship from' address of the package you received. We reserve the right to waive liability if you return the package to the 'ship from' address.

Returns (if applicable)

1、14 days Unconditional Return For a Refund

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for an unconditional return within 14 days after delivery of the product. In this case, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service at service@cozycorewear.com to make sure you send the package to the right return address. 

2、Return and Refund For CONDITIONS

Within 30 natural days of receipt of your order, if the order has quality problems or misses some products, we will allow the refund or exchange of the product ( The premise is that the product has not been damaged or disassembly), the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

1. The product cannot be used.

2. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and also be in the original packaging.

If you meet the above criteria, you can record a video and take pictures to prove that the product doesn't work. And sent it to service@cozycorewear.com. Once we confirm that the products cannot work, the buyer needs to send the item back to our warehouse for quality confirmation and we will refund or exchange them. 

These problems will be solved within 7 business days after the parcel is returned.

No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@cozycorewear.com.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
